Our consultants have decades of expertise in facility operations, custodial managed care, procurement, compliance, and digital transformation. Matt Moberg
President
Matt serves as President of Innovare Services, bringing extensive industry experience working with in-house facility teams, building service contractors, and institutional clients. Matt has led consulting engagements with notable organizations including the Library of Congress, Royal Caribbean, New York City agencies, Fordham University, and Bermuda College. He is a graduate of Siena College and SUNY and holds an MBA with a concentration in Project Management.
Duane Moberg
COO
Duane brings over 40 years of engineering experience as a licensed Professional Engineer at Penn State University’s Applied Research Lab, with expertise spanning concept development, program reviews, detailed design, project execution, and installation. His engineering background strengthens Innovare Services’ capabilities in operational efficiency, product integration, sustainability strategy, and facility performance optimization. He holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
Neal Duffy
Consultant
Neal is a 48+ year veteran of the Jan San industry and is experienced in industry manufacturing, distribution, marketing, and sales management. Neal holds certifications with ISSA CIMS-GB and is an ISSA Certified Professional Trainer, an ISSA Master Trainer, GBAC Trusted Advisor, Accredited Auditing Professional and an ISSA - GBAC Forensic Restoration Technician.
Mark Warner
Consultant
Mark Warner holds the position of National Sales Manager for The Bullen Companies in Folcroft, PA. He has also served as Education Manager for ISSA’s Cleaning Management Institute. His responsibilities included training seminars throughout the country, as well as the further development of the Certified Custodial Technician programs, which are recognized and acknowledged worldwide. Mark has been in the industry for over 30 years and is a past member of the ISSA Board of Directors.
Brant Insero

Brant Insero serves as the Chief Global Education Officer for ISSA. In this role, he oversees the strategic development and global expansion of industry-recognized education programs that set the standard for cleaning, facility operations, and workforce development worldwide. With more than two decades of experience spanning sales leadership, customer engagement, custodial operations, and professional training, Brant has played a pivotal role in modernizing curriculum delivery, expanding certification access, and elevating industry professionalism. His leadership continues to drive innovation within ISSA by advancing education as a cornerstone of operational excellence and long-term industry growth.
Erik Bunaes
Consultant/Advisor
Erik Bunaes is President & CEO of Endorphin Digital Marketing and a nationally recognized expert in email and digital marketing with more than 30 years of experience in financial services, management consulting, and start-ups. He has led strategic growth initiatives for professional services firms, IT companies, distributors, contractors, and nonprofits nationwide. A frequent speaker who has delivered 300+ workshops on digital marketing, Erik also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at The College of Saint Rose. He holds a B.A. in English from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder.
